The project included a complete landscaping refresh including new concrete steps , window wells, private patios with fencing, sidewalks, site electrical, parking surfaces, plantings and new sod throughout. Some unique features included a new play structure for the kids and some outdoor fitness equipment for the elderly persons housing tenants.
